A Christmas Carol (1984)


Directed by Clive Donner, An old miser who makes excuses for his uncaring nature learns real compassion when 3 ghosts visit him on Christmas Eve, who hates Christmas is taught the true meaning and spirit of Christmas by ghosts who show him his own past and present. He is also shown what the future holds for him if he doesn’t change his behavior.

  1. I really love this version of Charles Dickens famous Christmas story. George C. Scott is perfect as Ebenezer Scrooge. The rest of the cast also does a very fine job and I always enjoy letting this movie put me in the Christmas spirit.
